Instruction:
--Main structure
Heat exchanger consists of several pieces of corrugation stainless steel sheets with holes. Corrugation of sheets is good for inordinate liquied flow and reducing the effect of pressure on the sheets.
The two different liquid will flow through these holes to exchange heat each other.
All the stainless steel sheets are fixed between one frame plate and one pressure plate, mounted by bolt and screw.
There are sealers on the sheets used to keep the runner sealed and allow liquid into the runners. The quantity of sheets is determined by the liquid physical featrues, pressure and temperature.
